Three new recruits to structure the growth of Source.paris

Marketing & Communications Manager

Mariam, Paul, and Flavien have joined Source.paris as Head of Talent, AI Design Engineer, and Senior Product Designer, to structure our growth without compromising our high standards.

For a long time, our growth was built on our network and an organization where everyone wore multiple hats. Today, this growth is accelerating and organizing differently, without compromising on the high standards that have made our reputation. Three recent arrivals embody this new step.

Mariam Tenfiche-Pujol has joined us as our first Head of Talent.

She spent over 8 years supporting recruitment and structuring international teams in very high-growth companies. She now leads our HR strategy, enabling the agency to anticipate its needs and mobilize the right profiles, with a clear objective: to attract the best design and product talent. Her past experience in architecture also gives her a natural sensitivity to craft.

“Source.paris contacted me to structure and strengthen the foundations of the HR department, and what convinced me was that this construction is happening on healthy foundations: a clear skills matrix and career path, and sincere care from management, with a real desire to help designers grow in the best possible environment. I also found a true level of high standards there: the ambition to grow quickly without ever compromising on quality."

Paul Mazeau is our second AI Design Engineer.

Graduated with a Lead Tech & CTO master's degree from HETIC, he first worked as a freelancer before joining us. His first missions with Pathé and Rexel confirmed his choice: different contexts, rapidly visible impact, and products used daily by many clients or employees.

"What made me want to join Source is the culture of craft, a real demand for excellence in execution that you find on both client and internal projects. My role is to help designers get the most out of AI and prototyping, to move faster without compromising on quality, and to bring what we prototype closer to what we can deploy in production.”

Finally, Flavien Carniel joined us as a Senior Product Designer after seven years at frog.

He brings an experienced consulting posture, shaped by strong client exposure to complex product challenges. At Source.paris, he finds an agency with a strong design culture and a human scale.

“The AI-native shift is concrete, not just talk or one-off initiatives. Everyone is on board, helping and training each other. We are encouraged to test and create our own tools. During my first week, I participated in designing a business tool capable of transforming orders received by email into AI-augmented quotes. By relying on AI for prototyping and analyzing user tests, I was able to speed up iterations to push product definition further.”
