Profit-sharing bonus
Your compensation includes a fixed salary based on your experience, plus a profit-sharing bonus roughly equivalent to a 13th month.

On-site sessions covered
Four times a year, we gather the full team for three days in our Paris offices. For those based outside the region, travel and accommodation are fully covered by the company.

Once a year, we bring together the whole team in an inspiring off-site location. It’s a chance to work differently, enjoy some sun and sea, and share meaningful time together.

Four times a year, the team meets in our Paris office to spend a few days working in the same place. These sessions help maintain team cohesion and encourage in-person collaboration.

Every week, we take a step back to reflect on our work and share feedback on the methods, tools, and processes we use — for our clients and for ourselves. These remote sessions strengthen our design culture and collective growth.
