Early exploration means better decisions. By rapidly materializing several options, you can confront them in the early phases with key stakeholders and end-users alike. This secures decisions, aligns teams and accelerates the project around a shared vision.
Today, AI makes it possible to explore, simulate and test product options with unprecedented speed and depth. This lever strengthens the quality of decisions and reduces risks, by eliminating bad ideas earlier.
We combine two complementary approaches to give shape to your ideas: animated prototypes based on Figma models, and functional prototypes coded using tools such as Bolt or Lovable.
About 2 weeks from concept to Jitter video production.

Smart Tribune: Exploring AI opportunities to enrich a customer support platform
Objective: identify concrete use cases for generative AI in an existing customer support product. In 3 weeks, we imagined and modeled 20 functional concepts, assessed their value and feasibility, then selected the most promising to create interactive prototypes. This strategic work fed into the start-up's roadmap and facilitated discussions with customers and investors.
Reducing no-shows thanks to a motivating and rewarding UX
A concept imagined by Source.paris for the wellness and care sector, to encourage proper appointment-booking behavior, by rewarding reliable users. The prototype features a system of progressive privileges, rewarding punctuality with access to reserved time slots - a UX response to a critical business issue.
Pathé Cinémas: an immersive prototype to showcase emotional design
In two weeks, we created an interactive, realistic and autonomous iOS app prototype, designed to demonstrate the benefits of interfaces integrating a strong emotional dimension. Delivered on a real smartphone, with no imposed scenario, this prototype helped convince decision-makers to invest and prioritize this approach in their product roadmap.
L'Oréal: Aligning stakeholders and accelerating adoption thanks to a structured exploration phase
To support L'Oréal's internal digital transformation, we carried out a strategic exploration and rapid prototyping phase, aimed at formulating concrete hypotheses, confronting them with users and aligning stakeholders around a clear vision. This approach made it possible to secure design choices, accelerate implementation, and guarantee ownership of the tools developed.

"I value our relationship with Source.paris. Their responsiveness and the predictability of their deliverables are highly appreciated."
