A well-conceived design system is not simply a catalog of components: it's a technical and organizational framework that structures production, facilitates exchanges between teams and guarantees consistency on a large scale. It takes root in the code, anchors itself in your constraints, and becomes a lever for quality and performance.
Working closely with in-house teams, we create ready-to-live design systems designed to adapt to your multi-product, multi-technology environments. We support the implementation of governance rules, contribution and documentation processes, to make the design system a strategic tool - serving industrialization, collaboration and long-term viability.

BNP Paribas: Industrialize without standardizing with a DLS
In 2022, BNP Paribas chose to unify design and development around a multi-brand, multi-platform Design Language System (DLS), to support the redesign of its applications. We laid a solid foundation (nomenclature, tokens, components) while facilitating a major cultural change: the adoption of the Design and Tech teams. This DLS boosts productivity, consistency and collaboration without sacrificing brand uniqueness.
CMA CGM: Establishing new foundations for greater Design maturity
For one of the world's leading transport companies, we accelerated digital transformation through a Design at Scale strategy. By rethinking the experience of native applications with logical, scalable interfaces, we raised awareness at all levels, from Product Owners to senior management, to ensure sustainable adoption of new design methods and processes.
L’Oréal: Framing, convincing, and building a multi-brand Design System
Before laying the foundations of L’Oréal’s future multi-brand Design Language System, our first objective was to align digital teams around a shared vision. We then conducted in-depth research to build a strong business case and demonstrate the strategic value of the project to key stakeholders. This process led to a clear product strategy, an operating model, and a comprehensive design system architecture — covering tokens, libraries, documentation, and the structuring of Figma variables.
Tailwind Sync: our Figma plugin to simplify design-dev collaboration
Created as an internal tool, this plugin synchronizes Figma variables to Tailwind CSS code with a single click, simplifying exchanges between design and development teams. It is offered for free on the Figma Community and illustrates our commitment to creating tools that boost productivity.
