Kick-off of our 2024 offsite

This year, our team scattered across France is meeting in the south, in Hyères, to work for several days in a setting that is different from the daily routine and to share moments that are both friendly and sporty.

This opportunity is important, as it has been 4 years since remote work has become for us, and at the request of the teams, a preferred organizational mode. Even though we have retained offices in the Paris region, over 60% of our collaborators prefer to work from home, whether in Paris, Lyon, Toulouse, or Nantes, to more easily balance personal and professional life.
In a context where many companies are rolling back on remote work in the post-covid era, remote first works at Source largely thanks to our processes but especially thanks to our well-established team rituals, which involve regularly bringing the entire team together in our offices in Montreuil.
These shared moments, highly anticipated, must mean even more. And as COO, I have the responsibility to unite our team effectively and efficiently. That’s why we invest a lot of time and resources into this off-site session, to ensure everything is perfectly organized.

Nothing to think about for the team, except the essentials: laptop, sunscreen, and swimsuit to enjoy the sea air. Bonus: pins, hats, and source caps provided!
