Maxime Frere becomes a partner at Source.paris

Former Head of Design at BPCE-SI, he chose to join us in 2022, a few years after a first client/agency collaboration marked by a shared vision and passion for design with the Source.paris teams.

Since then, Maxime has largely contributed to growing our Design at Scale business, laying the foundations of Design Language Systems for clients such as BNP Paribas, L’Oréal, Loft Orbital, and Somfy.

Upon arriving at Source, Maxime disrupted our standards and raised the level of demands in every respect: regarding our clients, of course, but also towards ourselves. With his extreme rigor and great work capacity, he has paved the way for new expertise and allowed us to rise in a highly competitive environment where technical mastery is no longer sufficient.

His promotion to partner aligns with Source's policy since its creation: to sustain skills and excellence, by fully recognizing those who are the pillars.
